Copyright & Content Removal Policy for Pullin
Effective Date: May 29, 2026 Last Updated: June 2, 2026
Pullin respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how we handle copyrighted material and how rights holders and users can request removal of content.
1. Our Platform
Pullin is a platform that hosts curated and licensed short-form video content for entertainment and collection inside the app. We do not claim ownership of third-party creative works shown in the app where those works belong to creators or rights holders.
We respond to valid complaints and aim to resolve clear infringement issues promptly.
2. Removal Policy for Rights Holders (Important)
You retain full rights over your content. If you are the rights holder or an authorized representative, you may request removal of your videos from Pullin at any time for legal, privacy, or branding reasons — for example copyright disputes, a change in your licensing terms, platform policy concerns, or the end of a partnership.
How to request removal: email copyright@pullinapp.com (preferred) with enough detail for us to identify the video(s) (title, creator handle, link, or screenshot). We may ask you to confirm that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
What we do: once your request is verified, we will take the content down without undue delay — in most cases on the same business day. Removal typically includes disabling playback, removing the item from active spin pools, and marking it unavailable in the app. We may notify you when action is complete.
This process applies to licensed or curated catalog videos. It is separate from user account deletion (see our Privacy Policy) and from removal of user-generated Coliseum posts, which follow our Terms and moderation process.
3. Reporting Infringement or Unauthorized Use
If you believe content available on Pullin infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with:
- Your name and contact email
- Identification of the work you claim is infringed (description, link, or reference)
- Identification of the material on Pullin (video title, creator handle, screenshot, or other details that help us find it)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable in email)
Send reports to:
- copyright@pullinapp.com (preferred)
- contact@pullinapp.com (general, if copyright mailbox is unavailable)
4. What We Do After a Report
When we receive a sufficient notice:
- We review the report and locate the content in our catalog or related user posts
- We may disable playback, remove the item from active spin pools, and mark it unavailable in the app
- We may notify the reporting party when action is taken
- We may inform affected users only where appropriate and permitted
We aim to respond to complete notices within 24–48 hours on business days, though complex cases may take longer.
5. Repeat Infringement
Accounts that repeatedly post or promote infringing material may be suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.
6. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, email copyright@pullinapp.com with:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken or misidentified
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction where required by applicable law
We will review counter-notifications in line with applicable law and our Terms.
7. In-App Reporting
Signed-in users can also use the Report option on videos and thread posts inside Pullin. In-app reports are reviewed by our team. For formal copyright claims, email copyright@pullinapp.com with the details in Section 2.
8. No Legal Advice
This policy is for operational clarity only and does not constitute legal advice. Rights holders may also use applicable legal processes in their jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. The version linked from the Pullin app is the current version.
