Terms of Service for Pullin

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pullin mobile application and related services (“Pullin,” “the app,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Pullin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About Pullin
Pullin is an entertainment platform focused on video discovery, collection, and community interaction (including spins, profiles, thread posts, and messaging). Pullin is not a gambling service; outcomes and rewards are part of a game experience governed by our server rules.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pullin. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your Account
- One person per account unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
- You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate client or server requests, or abuse database functions, RPCs, rate limits, or purchase flows
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to spin, message, post, or farm rewards
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users
- Post illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content
- Spam thread, messages, or reports
- Attempt unauthorized access to Pullin, other users’ accounts, or our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as allowed by law
All economy and game outcomes (spins, points, items, purchases) are determined on our servers. Client-side display is not authoritative.
5. User Content
You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant Pullin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app as needed to operate the service (e.g. thread posts, profile display, attached videos you are allowed to share).
You represent that you have the rights to content you post and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion, including for copyright complaints (see our Copyright Policy).
6. Licensed and Curated Video Content
Pullin hosts curated and licensed video content in spin pools. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute app videos outside Pullin except where we explicitly allow it.
Rights holders: you retain ownership of your works. You may request removal at any time under our Copyright & Content Removal Policy (Section 2 — Removal Policy for Rights Holders).
7. Virtual Items and Purchases
Spins, points, cards, streaks, and similar items are limited licenses for use inside Pullin. They have no real-world cash value and are not transferable except as we allow.
When in-app purchases are enabled, prices and billing are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds follow store policies. We may change virtual items, odds pools, seasons, and pricing with notice where reasonable.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using Pullin, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Pullin’s name, branding, app design, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
10. Disclaimers
Pullin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullin and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), where such limitation is allowed by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of Pullin, your content, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Pullin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk to users, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at the URL linked from the app and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Pullin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction may have exclusive venue for disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
